Erik Nelson has produced the live performances of the stage play But Now I See, (by the late Dan Niedermeyer) and portrayed the character of John Newton hundreds of times. This includes a performance at the Church of Sts Peter and Paul in Olney, UK, the church that Newton pastored. This stage play, designed for a live audience, is highly effective for live performance but an entirely new script was written for the screen. Erik portrayed Charles Delamotte, John Wesley's close friend, in the feature film Wesley. He has worked on many productions of Maranatha Productions in Pennsylvania, and has appeared in theatres across the country and in Canada. Erik acted as Assistant Producer for the Nova Scotia portion of filming, involving the hiring of Canadian actors to portray various roles in the movie.
Richard Clabaugh (Director of Photography & Associate Producer) has numerous Hollywood and indie film credits, most recently serving as producer of the sci-fi hit Eyeborgs (featured on the SyFy Channel), and credits on Little Chicago, Python, and many other titles. In addition to bringing his unique style and look to the film as cinematographer, Clabaugh was responsible for hiring and supervising Canadian crew who will work on the film during the shoot in Nova Scotia, and for the filming sequences in North Carolina.
